I’m Rose, a hands-on agro consultant specializing in Syntropic Agroforestry. Since arriving in Aruba in 2007, I’ve been passionate about reconnecting people with nature and showing that sustainable food production can go hand in hand with thriving communities.
Through Living Soil Aruba, I work closely with schools, volunteers, and local organizations to create food forests and community gardens that serve as both productive spaces and educational hubs. I believe that growing food is not just about yield—it’s about creating ecosystems where people, plants, and animals can flourish together.
I love bringing people into the process: whether it’s guiding volunteers, consulting with local farmers, or helping communities set up long-lasting projects, my focus is always on practical, regenerative solutions that benefit both the land and the people who depend on it.
